Italian Acacia Honey, 500g Delicate, floral and naturally elegant

Discover Italian Acacia Honey from Apicoltura Patrizi Marco, a traditional Italian beekeeping producer whose apiaries are placed in carefully selected natural environments across Italy, away from major sources of pollution.

Acacia honey is loved for its delicate flavour, light character and naturally subtle sweetness. It is one of the most versatile Italian honeys, making it an easy addition to breakfast, desserts, yoghurt, cheese and everyday recipes.

What is Acacia honey?

Acacia honey is a monofloral honey, produced predominantly from the nectar of acacia flowers. Compared with stronger varieties such as chestnut or some wildflower honeys, Acacia honey is appreciated for its mild and delicate character.

If you are looking for an Italian honey that is elegant, versatile and easy to enjoy every day, Acacia is a natural choice.

From Italian apiaries to your table

This honey is produced by Apicoltura Patrizi Marco, an Italian beekeeping business with apiaries located in a variety of natural environments across the country.

The apiaries are positioned in areas including the Monti Ernici, Molise, Cilento, Aspromonte, Sila and the Agro Pontino near the Circeo National Park, with locations selected for their surrounding vegetation and distance from major sources of pollution.

The bees forage among the natural flowering vegetation around the apiaries, while the beekeeper moves and manages the hives according to the characteristics of the different environments. This connection between bees, flowering landscapes and traditional beekeeping is what makes this more than just another jar of honey.

Why choose Italian Acacia Honey?

If you live outside Italy, finding a genuinely Italian honey can mean choosing between supermarket brands and products designed for mass distribution.

We wanted something different.

This Acacia honey comes from an Italian beekeeper whose work is connected to real landscapes and natural flowering environments across Italy.

It is the kind of product we look for at Essenza Pisterzi: a simple Italian ingredient with a real producer and a story behind it. Not just “Italian” on the label.

Italian in its origin, production and connection to the countryside.

How to enjoy Acacia honey

Thanks to its delicate character, Acacia honey is incredibly versatile.

Enjoy it:

  • with fresh fruit
  • paired with delicate and fresh cheeses
  • in tea and herbal infusions
  • over pancakes, crêpes or desserts
  • simply by the spoonful

🍯 Acacia or Millefiori? Which one should you choose?

If you are discovering Italian honey for the first time, the difference is simple:

  • Acacia → delicate, mild and subtle.
  • Millefiori → a more varied character created by nectar from different flowers.

Choose Acacia if you prefer a gentler, more versatile honey that can easily become part of your everyday breakfast and cooking.

Or discover both and taste the difference for yourself.
