Aunt's Almond Cantucci - Traditional Ciociaria Recipe!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead until you get a smooth dough.

  2. Divide the dough into 4 loaves and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  3. Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes .

  4. Remove from the oven, let cool, then cut the loaves into slices to form the classic cantucci.

  5. Put them back in the oven at 170°C for another 10 minutes , to brown them and become crispy.
