How can I register to place an order?
You can register by clicking on the Account icon. Registration is optional but allows you to track orders, save your data and make each purchase easier and faster.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the appropriate space at the bottom of the homepage, or when you make your first purchase.

ORDERS
How can I place an order?
You can buy directly by selecting your favorite products and adding them to the cart. It's simple, fast and safe.
Once I place my order, how long does it take to ship?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 working hours from the confirmation of payment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You will receive an email notification with the tracking as soon as the package is entrusted to the courier.
Will I receive a confirmation following my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, with all the details of your order.
If you have not received the email, check your spam or promotions folder. If you do not find it, write to us and we will check together.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other secure online payment methods.
How can I enter a discount code?
During checkout, you will find the field dedicated to the discount code before payment. Enter it there, before completing the order, to apply the promotion immediately.

How long does it take to receive my order?
In Italy, shipping takes 1 to 3 working days. For Europe, instead, shipping can take from 4 to 9 days, it varies according to the destination country.
As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking code to the email address provided at the time of purchase, so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many European countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Tracking code number, to track your shipment in real time.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
The courier will make a second attempt or leave instructions to arrange for redelivery or collection at an authorized point.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
For our shipments we use recycled cardboard boxes, carefully selected and reused.
It's our little choice to reduce unnecessary waste and have more sustainable and eco-friendly packaging.
All our products are packaged with the utmost care, using safe and durable materials to ensure they arrive intact at their destination.
RETURNS
What is your Return Policy?
Our policy provides a 14-day return period. The return of purchased products must be made no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, intact and unused. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
