Campofilone PGI Egg Fettuccine are much more than a pasta shape: they are a gastronomic treasure of the Marche region, recognized with a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status for their quality and centuries-old tradition. Ultra-thin, light, and porous, these fettuccine are made with fresh eggs and the highest-quality durum wheat semolina, then slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve their flavor, aroma, and digestibility.
Ideal with a simple tomato, butter, and parmesan sauce or a rich Marche ragù.
Are you nostalgic for well-made pasta ?
The one that doesn't overcook, doesn't break and above all tastes like home ?
These fettuccine arrive wherever you are, in Europe and Italy, to give you back the authentic taste of an Italian Sunday.
