The Mixed Guanciale and Pancetta Cubes from Macelleria Cecconi are a flavor explosion in a compact format. Hand-cut from select pork, they combine the savory and aromatic qualities of guanciale with the balanced sweetness of pancetta.
A rare artisanal product, available in limited quantities for Italy only.
Ingredients: cured pork belly, cured pork cheek (guanciale), natural flavorings, pepper, garlic, smoke, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: E300 ascorbic acid, E250 sodium nitrite, preservative E252 potassium nitrate. GLUTEN-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE.
Serving suggestions:
Ideal for preparing two great classics of Roman cuisine in just a few minutes: Amatriciana and Carbonara.
Our artisanal cured meats are not standardized industrial products: every piece is hand-processed and naturally aged.
For this reason, the weight may vary between 130-140g.
