Cooked Porchetta Ciociara from Macelleria Davide Cecconi is a Lazio specialty, prepared according to time-honored artisan recipes. Made with select pork and slowly cooked with natural herbs, this porchetta releases an intense aroma and a rich, authentic flavor.
Perfect for those looking for a top-quality artisanal porchetta, ideal for enjoying at home or serving during aperitifs and special occasions.
Made with high-quality meats, it is slow-cooked for over 13 hours to obtain a tender and juicy meat on the inside and a golden, crispy crust on the outside.
INGREDIENTS: Pork, natural flavors, garlic, herbs, chili pepper. GLUTEN-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE, NO PRESERVATIVES.
Packaging:
600/800 gr vacuum-sealed bag.
Its spicy aroma and full-bodied flavor speak to the tradition of true Italian porchetta, ready to be enjoyed or gently heated to release its full aroma.
Our artisanal cured meats are not standardized industrial products: each piece is handcrafted and naturally aged.
For this reason the weight can vary between 600 g and 800 g.
