Made from the premium milk of Vacche Rosse Reggiane, a native breed raised using traditional methods, this Parmigiano stands out for its amber-colored texture, crumbly consistency, and enveloping aroma.
Its taste is sweeter, fuller and more persistent than classic Parmesan.
- Perfect to enjoy in flakes during an elegant aperitif, accompanied by a glass of Lambrusco or dry white wine, or grated on risotto and fresh pasta to enhance their aroma.
