Straight from the heart of Ciociaria, the Coppiette Ciociare di Suino (Ciociare Pork Couples) from Macelleria Cecconi represent one of the most beloved specialties of the Lazio tradition.
Handcrafted from select cuts of pork, they are marinated with natural spices and slowly dried to achieve the fibrous, flavorful texture that makes them perfect as a snack, appetizer, or appetizer.
